Irrational reactions

Simba was really wound up by his rug one morning - ten minutes of The Shift Method and he was back relaxing and grazing.

Behavioural Issues

This is Minnie, who has been napping and rearing for a long time. I treated her using a modality method bringing her more peace and a relaxed ride

Comfort from chronic pain

L is my dog and one of the reasons I decided to do the P-DTR course. She is ten and has been persistently lame for around a year now due to hip dysplasia. It has been the most stressful thing to watch her hobble around daily, wondering how long she can bear it before I have to resort to pharmaceuticals to bring her relief, and in turn start shortening her life. Through P-DTR, I discovered she needed omega 3 and 6 added to her diet. Four weeks later, she looks like a new dog! She is so happy and her day is now pain free!

Paralysed Limb recovers motion

Ancha, from Take the Reins - Equestrian Training, was in a very serious car accident many years ago.  Since the accident she has lost the majority of power and control in her right arm, has suffered from daily dizzy spells and was deteriorating to the point where she was not only contemplating giving up teaching dressage and hadn't been riding for over 8 months, but had the doctors telling her they couldn't do anything and to go onto benefits.

Thoracic Sling Engagement

Boo was always on the forehand and required many transitions to lighten up.  Even after 20 minutes in the school his rider Abby struggled to get a good trot from him due to his hocks not engaging. Watch our treatment plan.

Head Shy

Winnie was uncomfortable with having her head brushed and people approaching her face.  She was treated using the P-DTR method which, as you can see brought her immediate and lasting relief.

     Known       traumas

This gorgeous little Jack Russell, JJ, was limping like this for five days after hurting her foot chasing a ball. She was treated for only 5 minutes using the P-DTR method. The after video taken the next morning.

Head Shaking

Hear from a client how their pony who head shakes changed during a session.

Locking Stifle Released

Danny has had locking stifles for over a year - see it released in real-time during 1 session.

Old injury causing weakness and instability

Rachel was recovering from a paragliding accident which left her with some serious injuries. As she gains her strength and mobility back, she has found that she has issues with her balance. I treated her using the P-DTR method bringing her more equal strength and better balance.

Nick, Andalusia, Spain

"I had been having trouble with my shoulder for about 6 years after I dislocated my clavicle.  The pain was tolerable until a few months ago when it flared up so badly I couldn't play golf or sleep for more than 3 or 4 hours without the pain waking me.  Following a friends recommendation I went to see Mandy who did her thing.  Pokes, prods and even a little slap on the back (I have no idea what she was doing) and 15 mins later there was no pain!

Julia, Co. Durham, England

I can not recommend Mandy enough, her treatment therapy is quite different to anything I’d experience before and the sceptic in me wasn’t sure how much difference it would make. On the day of the treatment I noticed some quite big differences in my posture, but I just felt odd. This settled over a couple of days and I am pleased to say that 3 weeks later, when I reflect on how I feel, the changes are considerable. Having required regular back massages due to an occupational poor posture, and recovery from a rotator cuff tendon tear/ fracture- my upper back has never felt so good for so long. Still early days but I do feel I’ve overcome a major hurdle.

Hazel, Ayrshire, Scotland

My daughter and I saw a massive change to our horse. He was a bad fidget and can throw his head around from the ground. After about an hour of working together, Champ was less spooky in his environment and much happier to stand and chill rather than being on red alert. The next night we went jumping at Morris and he was very happy chilled and not concerned with his head or fidgeting. Today we had the farrier and he stood happy and not bothered at all. I don’t know how you do it Mandy but you have been amazing to us and I know that the future  is going to be less stressful and happy. Thanks so much.  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
